Terms of Service

By accessing or using FellahAI (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

FellahAI is an AI-powered farm management Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

• AI-driven agricultural advisory and crop/livestock diagnosis tools
• Animal and crop tracking and management
• Community alerts and regional farming news
• Farm financial tracking and overview
• Market price monitoring

The Service is available via web application and mobile app (iOS and Android).

FellahAI offers the following subscription tiers. All prices are in USD and billed monthly unless otherwise stated.

• Payment processor: All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. FellahAI does not store your full credit card details.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current plan price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then.
• Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@getfellahai.com within 7 days of the charge.
• Price changes: We will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any price changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

• You own your data. All farm data, animal records, crop data, and financial records you enter into FellahAI remain your property.
• FellahAI does not sell your personal or farm data to any third party.
• You grant FellahAI a limited license to process and store your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• You may request an export or deletion of your data at any time by contacting support@getfellahai.com. Deletion is completed within 30 days of request.

You agree not to use FellahAI to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Transmit content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or our infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the AI features to generate content intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Systematically scrape or harvest data from the Service.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.

FellahAI and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service, including the platform design, software, AI models, and branding. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited license to use the Service as described herein.

Content you create within the Service (your farm data, uploaded photos, notes) remains your intellectual property.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FellahAI and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of crops, livestock, or farm income
• Loss of data or business interruption
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations
• Any outcome resulting from the use or inability to use the Service

Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FellahAI in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

• By you: You may close your account at any time by contacting support or using the account deletion feature in settings.
• By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if your subscription payment fails after reasonable notice.
• Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law.
